Thanks for reaching out to us. Just to check if I understand this correctly. When you say "books multiple appointments" in one booking, does that mean multiple bookings for the same timeslot?
I see now, there is this placeholder %recurring_appointments_details% in Notifications settings. Adding Zoom link placeholders here will be applied to all types of notifications where it is added.
yes, I am using exactly this placeholder, which works fine for the first zoom call, but for the first only. For a recurring appointment a number of zoom links (which differ from meeting to meeting) are generated, which are not available as a placeholder and are therefore not possible to send.
I see two solutions:
1. Sending multiple notifications (one for each appointment) when a recurring appointment is booked OR 2. Sending only one notification including all the zoom links
Currently Amelia sends one notification with with one zoom link for the first appointment.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Unfortunatelly, the Zoom links are different for each appointment, and Amelia only sends one email with the link, that's correct. Your suggestion might be a good workaround, but, unfortunately, this would need to be added in future updates. As you may already know, you can suggest it on our feature suggestion page.
When client books multiple appointments in one booking for an online (zoom) consultation:
a) He receives only 1 "booking succesful" notification
b) He receives only 1 zoom link in that notification
This one zoom link however does not work for all appointments.
How can I send a notification for each of his appointments?
