Thank you Stefan for the last help. Really appreciate. In our business use-case, we need to allow the customers to be able to either "Cancel" / "Accept" & "Re-schedule" the appointment.
From the dashboard ( logged in as a customer ). They can "Cancel" an appointment.
They can "Accept" it just by going thru the payment. But we want an option for the user to pay it later. In that case, the Payment status should be "Pending", but the appointment status should be "Complete"
Apart from that I dont see any option to re-schedule for the customer How can we set these things?
Please take a look at this article for more information. Customers are able to reschedule (manage) their appointments through the customer panel, but this depends on the user role permission. It has been explained in detail in this article, feel free to check it out.
However, I want to "lock" the re-scheduling so that the customer can re-scehdule it within 24 hours for the scheduled date-time. Also, he should be able to select the time from the working hours of the employee he is assigned to.
Would be great to > Maximum time rescheduling to 1 day. So that they cant reschedule beyond 24 hours
I was asking for something related to the limit they can re-schedule upto. I am aware of the minimum time required for re-scheduling, its already set to 1Day. What I meant was to set a limit. So that customer can't re-schedule beyond 24 hours for the initial time it was scheduled for.
Sorry to disappoint you, but it's only possible to disable or enable re schedule option in general, meaning that customers can either reschedule or not, but not by the exact time frame.

Hi Himanshu,
You can currently configure these options in General settings. This is applied to the front end, and customer panel, as well.

Hi Stefan, thanks for your reply.

Hope, I was able to explain properly this time
Hi Himanshu,
I see, unfortunatelly, there are no other limit options. You can suggest this as a feature on our page, as you may already know.

Hi Stefan, is it at least possible to disable the "CANCELL" / "RE-SCHEDULE" Option for the Customer after 24 hours of the CREATION of the appointment?
So, meaning that they should be able to cancel / re-schedule it within 24 hours from when the appointment was created.
