When i manually edit the price and status of payments on site, it doesn’t give me the option to be more precised. Like on-site she paid with card or cash. Because i really need these details. Is it possible in a way to get those infos for on-site payments. I know when they do it through the website, it goes automatically. But unfortunately there are people that prefer to pay on site and i need to have this controlled in the finance sheet.
2- Cupom
Is there a way to sell those cupons, like a voucher ? To have a designated page on my website, where someone could choose one of the cupons to buy.
When it comes to payments, you can only change the status by not adding the card information, unfortunately. This can be changed in the Finance section. When customers choose on-site" then the payment is stored as "on-site" and "pending" in the Finance section. If customers pay with any online payment, then the payment is stored as "paid" and you will see the credit card information in the Appointment settings.
As for the vouchers / coupon, Amelia has the option to configure coupons. This can be found in the Finance section, as well. More information on this link.
ABout the cupom, I already configured one. But in the link say the customer can only have access after X number of the same appointments been scheduled . But is there a way where to provide before? like: https://malinka-hamburg.de/gutschein
where the cliente purchase it before and gift it to someone or for theyself. And then the code will be sent.
There are several options for the automatic sending of coupons, so you will also see the tab called “Notifications”.
In the “Notifications” tab you can now set “Notification interval” and define after how many scheduled appointments, packages, or events the customer will receive the coupon code in the notification automatically. Also, you can enable the option “Recurring notification” if you want to send this code again in case the customer didn’t use the code for a discount.
The other way would be to send the coupons manually to customers so they can use it when booking for the first time.
