This does not need to be sent then. This notification is only triggered when they click to reset the password. Also they can not access the panel if they do not have any bookings.
So you need to add customer panel placeholder in appointment approved notifications then once they book they can clickon that link and set a password and log in.

I am reaching out because the amelia customer panel access notification is not sending to customers when I add them as customers on the back end.
