Merci de nous avoir contactés. Tous les rendez-vous et réservations (événements) sont stockés dans le backend, mais il est possible que vous n'ayez pas les autorisations nécessaires pour les voir. Cela peut arriver si votre utilisateur WordPress a plusieurs rôles assignés. Il devrait être configuré uniquement pour l'administrateur, mais pas pour les autres.
Veuillez vérifier cela dans la section des utilisateurs et faites-moi savoir si cela fonctionne.

Veuillez me fournir un utilisateur temporaire WP-admin (administrateur) pour votre site où cela se produit, afin que nous puissions nous connecter et jeter un œil « de l'intérieur », car c'est le moyen le plus efficace pour identifier et résoudre le problème.
Nous n'intervenons pas dans les données ou autres éléments, sauf dans le plugin (si c'est une version de production du site), et bien sûr, nous ne communiquons pas les données de connexion à des tiers.
Vous pouvez écrire les identifiants ici, en veillant à cocher la réponse PRIVÉE pour que personne d'autre ne puisse les voir à part nous.
