I am a 'Standard' subscriber at Amelia, and I am having issues with multiple bookings for group classes. I did a test with different emails and with other people trying to schedule the same class (same day and time), but after 2 registrations the date no longer appears available.
Also, I'm not able to put Amelia's code to create a popup in Wordpress / Elementor. I was able to just place the code for the schedule to be placed directly on the website page, and not as a popup. Can you help me with these 2 questions?
Thanks for reaching out to us. The availability of group booking (booking of the same timeslot) depends on the maximum service capacity. That means if you have 5 configured for maximum capacity for a certain service, your customers will be able to book the same timeslot until this capacity is reached. Of course, you need to make sure that the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity:" is enabled in Appointment settings.
As for the popup, it can be configured by any builder. Perhaps, you can refer to this link for more information.
Thanks for your attention. Though I'm still having lots of problems operating Amelia's service appointments. I'm sending you in this e-mail some prints (images) of my screen so you can see what's happening. As you can see in the prints I configured a weekly class, every wednesday 7h30 am, that's why the other days of the week aren't available. I'm a yoga teacher and I've configured 4 different pricing plans as different services each one (Print 1).
Though, I don't know why different people cannot schedule different services (pricing plans) for the same date. It was possible to schedule for example 2 for the Intro free plan for the same date, but when a third person tryed to schedule another service for the same date, he couldn't.
Also, as you can see in the print number 2 and 3, it says that the person with the e-mail [email protected] has already scheduled that service that day. But, as you can see in the print number 4 (list of appointments for the 23th october) this person is not yet in the completed appointment list. So, I don't understand what's happening.
From the print number 5, you can see that the 30th of october is not availabe. However, when you see print number 6, with the list of appointments made to that same date, you can see that only 2 people have done. And when you see print number 7, you can check that I've configured that service to have a limit of 5 people per date/hour. So, again, I don't understand what's happening.
About what you said: "make sure that the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity:" is enabled in Appointment settings.", yes, it's already enabled. So this is not the problem.
About the popup settings and the tutorial you sent, I'd already tryed to follow that tutorial before. But, since I'm using Elementor in the Wordpress, I think it's different from the tutorial, and it didn't work. When I click the bottom in my website, Amelia's Calendar doesn't open. It only works when I embed it directly in my website page (not as a popup)
I'm having lots of problems as you can see, and I'd be very much appreciated if you could check out internally my Amelia account configuration so you can help me solve each of the topics above. Thanks again for your help and I hope we can figure out all of them.
Please, allow me to explain a bit more. In order to have the option for multiple bookings of the same timeslot, you need to make sure that the service maximum capacity is above 1. So, you can configure this per your needs, but, for example, if configured to 5, then 5 people will be able to book the same timeslot until the maximum capacity is reached. Of course, the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity:" needs to be enabled.
As per your example, you have 4 different services, which means that you need to make sure that each service has this option configured. I'm not able to see all the screenshots, but if all services have this option configured, then multiple bookings would be possible.
As for the popup, I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket since this is a different topic.
In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
