i have already changed our Alpha Sender ID as : GT Football. But when i tried to send a test sms, the sender is still showing just a number and not the name GT Football
Certain countries don't allow alpha sender id or require a registration before it can be used (including Australia). Unfortunately, our integration does not currently support registration. Serbia does not require this and that is why it is showing on our test messages.
