Your suggestion to resolve the Event List Booking Form 2.0 issue by adding:
/ameliabooking/(.*).js
to the exclusion list is extremely helpful.
As for the issue with the Login/Customer Panel not appearing when the 'Delay Javascript execution' option is enabled, even after adding:
/ameliabooking/(.*).js
/ameliabooking/(.*).css
to the delay exclusion list, it’s very useful to know that disabling the 'delay' feature solves this problem.
