The client runs a business that brings a party and supplies to a location given by the customer. Is there a way to ask the client for a zip code or address and if they enter one that is outside the standard limits they are willing to travel to, it will not let them book that service? Is this something that Amelia can achieve?
Hello,
Thank you for your question. While Amelia allows you to ask for the customer’s location through custom fields during the booking process, there is no built-in option to set conditions based on the zip code or address entered. This means that you won’t be able to restrict bookings automatically based on location limits within Amelia.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
