We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, I would like to request two modifications to your booking setup:

    1. Booking Cancelation Timeframe: Could you please adjust the minimum hours required before cancelation/rescheduling to 5 hours instead of the current setting?
    2. Customer-Selected Booking Duration: It would be greatly beneficial if customers could choose their own booking duration directly from the booking page, rather than having fixed options. This would provide more flexibility for our users and enhance their experience.

    Please let me know if these changes are possible and what steps we can take to implement them.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, find the answers below

    Currently, it's not possible to configure this increment but feel free to suggest this on our feature suggestion page. You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

         2. Customer-Selected Booking Duration: It would be greatly beneficial if customers could choose their own booking duration directly from the booking page, rather than having fixed options. This would provide more flexibility for our users and enhance their experience.

    Customers are only able to choose the timeslot based on the service duration configured previously. You can also configure the custom duration for a certain service. Please, find more information on this link.
