I've set up both Google Calendar and Zoom integrations. After setting up Zoom integration when a new appointment is created (either in front or backend) the customer receives a google invite from the employee's gmail account. The customer also receives the amelia notification with the zoom link. This means that the customer receives TWO notifications: one from gmail in the name of the employee and one from from amelia with the official setup and complete information.
I use 2 services in my Amelia setup: one in person and one online. So I created two new notifications to differentiate the "approved appointment" notifications sent to the customer as only the "online" service will trigger a zoom link. Both services send out google invites when an appointment is created.
How can I prevent the google invite from being sent. Before adding the zoom integrations and creating the new notifications, this did not happen.
