I would like to tweak the formatting of my Event List and Event Calendar, and I wonder whether you are able to advise. I use the Divi Builder, and I could make changes via css or using a php snippet.
1) In the event list (screenshot), I would like to include the day of the week in the date line. For example, "Monday 08 Oct" rather than just "08 Oct". The day of the week is important to my customers, and this would make it much easier for them to choose the correct event. I have already tried various css tweaks, but none of them have worked.
2) In the event calendar (screenshot), I would like to hide Saturday and Sunday. I do not run events on these days, so they simply create white space on the screen. I would rather have Monday to Friday take up the full width. Is there a way to achieve this?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Both of these options are not available in Amelia and this would require custom coding and our dev can not help with this at this time. They are working on some big new features and new backend redesign so what you want to achieve is not possible in Amelia at this time.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Including the day of the week in the date would be an extremely useful (and I imagine simple) feature to offer in the module options, if that is something you might consider for a future update.
Despite the lack of flexibility in some areas, I'm very pleased with Amelia - and with your technical support service.
we are glad to hear that you like Amelia overall and in light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/.
