Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. This must be chosen in Amelia so if you want to show 3 different lengths you need to create 3 separate services you can not immediately show in a pop up custom duration.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I'm trying your solution of creating separate services with diferent lenghts but i don't want them to show in th amelia step-by step booking form. If I hide the service with the eye icon or if I swith off the option to show the service it doesn't work on the preselected popup anymore.
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
No, if you hide them they are not available that why you have hidden them. Why would you hide them and then try to show it on site. If you want to use it only on the backend then you do not need to place the booking form on the front.

Hola!
Estoy utilizando el popup y necesito pre-seleccionar las custom-durations (1h; 2h; 4h;) para los botones.
Es posible? usando algun codigo como shortcode tal vez?
[ameliastepbooking trigger=ameliapopup trigger_type=class in_dialog=1 service=1 duration=1]

Is there any workaround for this?
