Starting at around 12pm MT on October 6th, my booking plugin no longer submits or sends emails. If I or a customer selects all the details and hit the submit button the plugin simple says "Please Wait" and shows a endless loading circle that never completes. No emails or confirmations are sent, the submissions simply hangs there. Please help/advise. My business entirely depends on these bookings.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
OK, so why I have this beaver with Amelia if I don’t need it would you able to delete it? Without having any issue or not because I don’t want to get this issue again once my booking system when is down really hurt my business for future what should I do So I don’t get similar problems? and my second question is I have couple of things showing on my plug-in? Need update what can I do about those one?as you see on the screenshot.
Well, you can deactivate or remove it, there is no issue with that. As you saw, the booking is working properly, perhaps you can use Elementor as a builder. The numbers you see on the screenshot are notifications that updates are available for those particular plugins. You can update it or ignore it, nothing will happen if you don't update.
