While granting access to EMPLOYEES, we need the ability for them to have all the options (APPROVED, PENDING, CANCELED, REJECTED, NO SHOW).
The panel shows only PENDING, NO-SHOW as options via the Employee web front end.
Sometimes the No-show option is not visible in the back end also.
Help fix this.

Hello JAYDEEP SINGH,
Thanks for reaching out to us. While this depends on the employee user role permissions, for the appointments that are in the past (already occurred), an employee won't be able to change the status other than "pending" and "no show". Pending appointment status is the default appointment status and "no show" is a status that an employee can change if the customer doesn't show up.
But, for the appointments that are yet to occur (in the future), an employee would be able to change the appointment statuses
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
