I'm looking at your solution for transferring my local appointment booking to my wordpress site. To do this, I'm looking for a tool that forces customers to book the first available appointment.
For example, if my schedule opens at 9am, the customer is obliged to take the 9am appointment and not the 10am one, which would risk losing me a 30 minute slot.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Thank you for your reply. I was still able to develop a custom extension to meet my needs. This is just for display purposes, the rule is to hide all the slots after the first slot. At first sight there's no conflict with other functions of the plugin.
Adding this function to Amelia would be ideal so as not to be dependent on your updates and it's a very useful function for businesses that have a lot of requests, it avoids gaps in the schedule.
