I need to remove the - extra option form Booking Form 2.0 as it is multiplying the price my customers are paying, I use Amelia for my Dog walking field so charge for the number of Dogs not people - please tell me how I can do this?
I hope you are doing well. The Extras option can be excluded from each service individually. There is a section called "Extras" in service settings and you manage it from there. Please note that if you increase the maximum capacity to 2 or more in service settings, there will also be an additional option "multiply pricing", make sure that this is also disabled.

Thanks for the email I can confirm there are no 'Extras' set for any of my service options so I don;t know whay the box is showing on the form?
