I am experiencing an issue with the Amelia scheduling plugin on my WordPress website. While clients can make appointments and they are created correctly, they do not appear in the "Appointments" or "Calendar" sections of the admin system. However, the appointments do show up in the "Customers" section.
Additionally, I am using a webhook via Make.com to send notifications, and this system is working perfectly.
Here is what I have observed:
Appointments are created correctly, and notifications are sent to clients via the Make.com webhook.
Appointments can be seen in the "Customers" section but do not appear in the "Appointments" or "Calendar" sections.
No error message or warning appears to indicate an issue during the appointment creation process.
Actions taken:
I have updated both WordPress and the Amelia plugin to the latest version.
I cleared the site and browser cache.
I deactivated other plugins to rule out conflicts, but the issue persists.
I would like to provide additional information regarding the issue I previously reported about appointments not being visible in the Amelia plugin calendar.
I have discovered the following:
Appointments only appear in the calendar when the client's email matches that of a registered WordPress user.
The appointments do appear in the "Administration" section of the Amelia plugin, but they are still not visible in the main "Appointments" or "Calendar" sections.
I hope this additional information helps in diagnosing the issue. I am available to provide further details if needed.
I would like to clarify that the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" has always been enabled in Amelia's settings. Despite this, the appointments you mentioned are still not showing in the "Appointments" or "Calendar" panels. However, the appointments do appear in Amelia’s "Administration" panel.
Could you please advise on what else I can do to resolve this issue? Is there any other setting I should check? Additionally, if it would help, I can provide you with access to the site so you can take a closer look.
I am also attaching images to illustrate what I mentioned.
Thank you for your help, and I look forward to your response.
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
thank you . yes it worked! I deleted the clients that were created with the page administrator user and all the appointments began to show in the other panels.
