We purchased the "Amelia Pro 5 Lifetime" package yesterday. Unfortunately, we are currently quite disappointed with the available options. However, it might be that we are simply not familiar enough with the system yet?
We are facing the following challenge: in our large martial arts school in Berlin, trial classes are constantly being booked online. We have a total of twelve locations and many staff members. A specific example: customers can book trial classes on Tuesdays at different locations with constantly changing trainers at the same or different times, e.g., from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. What would be the best way to handle this? Sometimes, we don’t know in advance which trainer will be teaching.
We initially tried to set this up using „services“. Problem: We were not able to add services without assigning a specific staff member, which doesn’t make sense in our case.
Then we tried creating the setup using „events“. However, at the end, the customer has to click on "Book Event". A trial class, however, is not an „event“. At the very least, how can we change the "Book Event" button text? We know from experience that this is confusing for our customers.
If you are unable to assist us further, we have a 14-day return policy. What would be the best course of action here? Thank you very much for your support.

As you noticed, the location can't be currently assigned to a service, but rather to an employee. An employee is then assigned to a service so everything is related to each other. By default, an employee can only have one location assigned, but a workaround would be to assign the location in the work hours section. There you can assign the work hours, location and service for each day of the week.
Unfortunatelly, there is no option to assign the location directly to service/s currently.
Events can be used as well, but of course, you can change the text, by changing labels in Customize section. You need to go to Customize, select Event List v2 and then select a step. There you will find the option to change the labels.
Lastly, I would suggest having a look at our demo for martial arts on this link.
Of course, if none of these suits your needs, you can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
I understand, but i have to disappoint you on this one. Currently, there is no workaround to assign the location to a service, it can be only assigned to an employee. As mentioned, everything is related to each other, the work hours are coming from the employee work hour schedule, as well as the location. What I can suggest for now I suggesting this as a feature on our feature suggestion page.
