Hi guys, after upgrading Amelia from 7.7.1 to 7.8.1, all appointments for all employees show an hour earlier than they should. When logged in as an Admin, the appointment times show correctly.
Can you please help solve this as I have had to downgrade to 7.7.1 again so the appointments show the correct time for employees
I hope you are doing well. Please, double-check the timezone configuration settings in both employee settings and WordPress settings. Usually, the timing is shown as different because of the timezone configuration. It should be configured to the nearest city in your timezone.
Please, double check this and let me know if it works.
Hi Stefan, both time setting are the same (London/Europe) which is correct. I could only get everything back so the appointment times were the same for admin and employees by rolling back to Amelia 7.7.1
Also, I've reinstalled 7.8.1 back on our development site and the issue has returned.
That's strange, we haven't had that issue before (at least that I'm aware of). May I ask for the WP admin credentials so I can log in to take a better look?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have just checked again and what I saw is that the Employees time zones looked like they were set to Europe/London but it actually looks like placeholder information, so I assumed it was set by default. I have since been into each Employee settings and actually set the timezone now and this appears to have sorted the issue out.
I will do a bit more testing but think this might have sorted the issue :D. It's a bit weird how rolling back to 7.7.1 fixed it but 7.8.1 actually requires it to be implicitly set and not defaulted though.
When you have several questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

Hello, I allow myself to open this ticket. I have the same problem.
On Wordpress I have the UTC+2 time zone and on Amelia / Employee: Europe/ Paris.
When a client makes an appointment at 5:30 p.m., Google Calendar and the confirmation email note 4:30 p.m.
It is since the update that I have this problem. Can you help me?
Thank you
