Greetings, so we were asked to find a calendar to use it for street musician management at the local municipality. This will be working as a schedule platform with some restrictions (I will explain).

There will a map of the area and on the map (we will create a custom map) will be marked spots where the street musicians will be able to book.

So, we wanted a calendar that will manage the days of the musicians will be working and in which spot.

Here are some restrictions we want:

-Each musician will be able to book a spot on the calendar for a max of 15 days per month per spot! Meaning a street musician can NOT book the same spot twice.

-Each spot will be unique that means if a spot is booked, no one else will be able to book it for the same days.

-The user (street musician) should be able to log in with username and pass provide some information (that we need) and then book a spot for 15 days max, after this period will pass, he can NOT book the same spot again, he can book another spot though.

-A user (street musician) that has already booked a spot, will NOT be able to book another spot for the same days. Keep in mind each musician will be able to book a spot on the calendar for a max of 15 days per month. (15 days per month per spot! Meaning a street musician can NOT book the same spot twice).

Why we thought about your Plug in?

We saw that in the plug in you can use a calendar and can manage and set up reservations-bookings. Based on that we thought that if we use the spots as “apartments” or rooms for example (each spot will be a room) and set up booking days and reservations (for the spots-rooms), does this cover what we want to do?

We are here for further discussion. 

Yeah i understand that but why a customer won't be able to book more days? Let's say there is a pshychology service, or a physiotherapy service, why is he not able to book more than 1 day in one go? something like booking a room in a hotel -- it's the same mindset of what we want to achieve.
