Good morning I have a problem that unfortunately I can not solve.
The services entered in my woocommerce are VAT included but when users book them through the Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0 of Amelia the services are shown without VAT.
How can I solve this problem and show the services inside the Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0 of Amelia VAT included?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
All my products/services are entered in woocommerce with taxes excluded, so when a customer proceeds with the payment the tax is calculated. Now by entering the taxes included with Amelia when a user proceeds with the payment the taxes are calculated twice. I propose a solution, if it is possible, you could add a custom code like the one that appears in the attachment that says: IVA ESCLUSA. This would circumvent the problem.
Thank you for your message. I understand the situation you're facing with taxes in Amelia and WooCommerce.
Currently, taxes in Amelia and WooCommerce are treated as separate entities. Amelia cannot pull or display the tax information that’s configured in WooCommerce during the booking process. Only the tax set up directly in Amelia will be visible to customers on the Amelia booking form.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for Amelia to read WooCommerce's tax settings and apply them within the booking system, which is why the tax is being calculated twice in your setup.
Please let me know if you need further assistance or have any other questions!

Hello Michele,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you can configure the following option on the Amelia/Settings/Payments page.
Please let me know if that works for you.

As you can see in the attachment this option is not present

Hello Michele,
This is probably because you have a version of the plugin older than 7.6.
If that is the case, can you please update the plugin to the latest version (7.8.1), test it out, and let me know if it works or not?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

I updated the plugin, flagged taxes included but as you can see in the attachment the problem persists

Good morning, is there any news?
Hello Michele,
To configure this properly, you also need to add Taxes in Amelia on the Amelia/Finance/Taxes page.
Please let me know if that works for you.

Is it not possible to implement a css that goes next to the price of the service " + IVA" ?
Hello Michele,
It is possible, but this cannot be done dynamically, meaning that it will always be the same string, no matter which service.
Please let me know if that is fine with you.

Uros Jovanovic

It could be fine. The prices remain dynamic but the css simply inserts the words "+ IVA"?
Hello Michele,
Please try the following CSS and let me know if that works for you:
.am-adv-select__item::after{
content: "+20% VAT" !important;
}
Looking forward to your reply.
