Estimados, muy buenas tardes, esperando se encuentren bien
Tengo problemas con mi hosting, quisiera saber las especificaciones para un funcionamiento optimo de Amelia.
Al comienzo tuve un hosting de 1.5gb ram y 2 cpu, pero amelia comenzo a ponerse cada vez mas lento. Ahora lo cambie a un vps de 4gb ram, y 3 cpu, pero no quedo bien configurado y debo montarlo en otro hosting.
We can not tell you this since this is not our area ofexpertise. For anything related to server configuration, you need to reach out to your hosting provider. But speed to the plugin depend only on your hosting package and on the number od data that you have in Amelia.
We have customer that had 1GB an all is working fast and users with 4GB where it works slower because they 15 times more appointments and data.
