I’m experiencing an issue in the backend of Amelia when viewing events. As shown in the attached screenshot, when I remove the date filter from the top bar, it says that there are no events. Additionally, it doesn’t allow me to set a new date filter afterward, forcing me to exit and re-enter the Amelia > Events menu to search again.
Before the latest plugin update, when I removed the date filter, I could see all my events listed—past, new, and future ones—which made it easier to duplicate events and update information. Could you please assist me with resolving this?
Now, I'm attaching a video I made right now. This time, for some reason, it works differently. Even if I close the date range selection, it still shows me the same events. However, it doesn’t display all my past events, even those from last year as I was able to see perfectly before update Amelia. Also, as you can see in the video, it says there are 1 of 50 events on that page, but you can’t actually see them.
Please let me know if this is enough to understand the issue.
It works fine from my end with the 7.8.1 version, can you please update it to that version (I do not know which version you have installed as it is hidden) and let me know if that works for you?
As I could not replicate this issue with the admin user that you provided me with, can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

Hello Francesca,
I could not find the option to delete the current date range selected on the events page.
Can you please point me to it?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Uros,
Yes, I've attached a photo of it.
