We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a table set up on this page of a site I am building out...
https://michaelt388.sg-host.com/about-us/
The only issue I am having is on the display tab I checked the box to stripe the table for odd and even rows. I have a few rows at the top that are not picking up this formatting across the entire row. I tried purging all of my caches but that didn't seem to fix it.
Hi Michael,
Can you check how the table preview looks at the back-end in Wp-Admin, does it correctly apply the background color to each odd and even cell/row?
If the issue only happens on front-end, it is possible some style from the current WP Theme is overriding this.
A quick CSS solution is possible, if you can try this :
Add this CSS as "Additional CSS" on your WP Page and it should be fixed :
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Let us know if that works as a fix. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
