Our Leaderboard has a column for Age Group, Gender, category (Pairs or Solo) and another column for Score. Our finals is coming up in November and we wanted to know if there was a way of making the Score Column cell change colour or the text to change to green font if the score was above a set value but also this value depends upon the age group i.e.
Solo Male 10-17 Male 18-49 = 900 Male 50-69 = 800 Female 10-17 / 60+ = All attendees invited so always green font/cell Female 18-59 = 700+ Calories
I can't see a way of doing this or is there a way of drawing a bold line on the leaderboard if they choose filters where the people above the line have qualified ?
Hi David, My apologies, I am struggling to visualise/connect all the details which are taken into account for this conditional logic - but I believe we can understand the main limitation/point, which is, that you need this condition to look between multiple columns.
Unfortunately, at this time, each conditional rule can only look inside the cells of its own column. So if you need a condition to 'check/look' combined from its own Column A, but also to take into account which age group it is so, something like : For any cell which is from specific 'age group' ( column B), and the score has to be above certain value from Column A ( score) -> then 'set a certain color, etc'; Right now, we don't have a way to combine multiple columns in the same condition like that.
We do have a number of users who requested this feature, though, so you can search and upvote it - or if no user made an official development request, you can make your own.
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
2. I can't see a way of doing this or is there a way of drawing a bold line on the leaderboard if they choose filters where the people above the line have qualified ? There is no way currently to use filtering directly related for a conditional rule - if that is what you meant. Not sure if we understood that part, you can try to clarify if you meant something else. Thank you.
