Hi, we have a question for the customer panel. If a customer is requiring the access and is writing a wrong eMail, or a not yet registered customer eMail, is there a possibility to check this?
If not, he receives on this eMail a message with a link to a not existing customer panel, so the website shows the 404 error. Thx, David
No there is no such possibility that we can check or confirm if the mail is correct. They can not access customer panel if they did not book anything but if they enter the wrong mail they can not access it or get any notice form Amelia. They must make sure that they are entering proper mail.
