We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have a leaderboard and it has entries for athletes in it.
Some of the entries are standalone i.e. a single athlete entered our competition as a Solo entrant, however some are Pairs where two different people form up to create a team.
At present we add people to our leaderboard prior to a competition and then at the competition create a live leaderboard by updating their scores after every heat.
This works easily for Solo entries but for Pairs it means we have to update two rows with the exact same information. Is there any way we could link rows together to form a team so that updating either entry would update both rows scores ?
Hi David,
Sorry to disappoint you, but we currently do not have any way to create a 'link' or something similar between two rows - so that they would be updated/edited at the same time.
In our editing logic right now, it is only possible to edit each row and each column/cell individually one by one.
This is an interesting use-case though, so you can add a development suggestion for the future.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi David,
Sorry, I just thought of a possible workaround idea, which can allow you to edit multiple rows - if they need to have the same information.
This is only possible for our manual tables - they have the excel-like Editor feature.
It can be used to edit multiple rows at the same time.
So you can select, for example, as you said, two rows, and copy + paste the entire row like that.
Please check more here.
I hope that could be a workaround, until we develop additional options.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
