Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.

We were able to login but we could not investigate more since we can not access pages or create new ones due to this

There is osmeissue on your site not related to Amelia that prevents us to do this.

Can you instead please send us a short video of your customer panel shortcode and that you did to hide and how you hidden packages in desktop view.

I forgot to mention that this is a bug and our dev team will work on fixing this so for now you can use this CSS until the fix is implemented.

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
