I've had to delete the appointment booking module again so that my customers can book appointments from their smartphone. I'm on Divi. Everything was fine before your last or even penultimate update.
We or other users do not have such issue so there is nothing to fix in general. So if this happens again on your site we would need to investigate it live since this happens only on your end. If this happens again and hopefully it will not we would gladly take another look then.
