I hope you are doing well. Unfortunatelly, the SMS messages are no two-way reply. This is an automated process and the SMS messages are only sent when there is a booking confirmed. Customers do not have the option to reply to those messages, unfortunately. Since you need to configure the particular number for SMS messages, you can also add an additional number in Notifications settings. You will find a field named " Send all SMS messages to additional numbers there
I am wondering for SMS, does it support two way reply? Is there a way to see if they reply? Or maybe a way to forward any response to my number?
