Hello. In the Amelia configuration, under the Client Role, I have activated the reservation limitation per day. I set it so that each client can only book one appointment per day (attached is a screenshot of the configuration). However, when I access the "front-end" and make several appointment bookings with my client email for the same day, the system allows these bookings without any issues. Why doesn't it limit the client to just one booking per day? Why, despite having this function activated in the Client Role, am I still able to make multiple bookings on the same day?
For that purpose, you will have to check this option on the Amelia/Services page for a specific service as well and let me know if that worked for you.
