when clients schedule a service, Amelia is sending extra hours to the google calendar. This was working correctly until about a month ago.
I am having the same issue after upgrading to 7.8.
I will try to re-save my services to se if it resets
Hi shawn,
Thanks for reaching out to us. When you say "extra hours" are you referring to buffer times? In Google Calendar integration settings, there is this option "Include Buffer time in Google events". This will add buffer times to events if enabled.
Kind Regards,

Stefan -
Thanks, but it's not the buffer time. When a 60 min service is scheduled at 10 am, Amelia is sending a 10Am-4PM event to my google calendar.
That said, I opened and resaved all of my services. This may have corrected things....
Hi shawn,
Please make sure that the timezone settings are properly configured, as well. Timezone should be configured to the nearest city in your timezone, as well as the employee and Google Calendar. Differences in time can be related to discrepancies in Timezone settings.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
