We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, We run a small hotel on the outskirts of the city and plan to sell "day tickets" using your plugin. We checked the backend of a friend who uses the plugin for her spa, and we noticed that appointments with the same service, time, and employee are automatically grouped together. This is a problem for us because our staff consists of the general hotel team, and grouping the bookings would only make it more confusing and harder to read.
We could create "fake employees" to set up the services, but the reality is that different hotel staff members will handle the appointments. Additionally, in the attachment, you can see how all the bookings are “stuck” together, making it impossible to verify individual reservations, customer information, or payment details. The backend behaves as if one person booked the entire group, which is not ideal for us.
We also considered using the "events" feature, but it doesn’t seem to fit our needs.
Is there a way to show all appointments individually instead of grouping them by service, time, and employee?
Thanks!

Hi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out to us. As you already noticed, if there are some appointments booked on the same day, for the same employee, Amelia will store it as a group appointment. Unfortunatelly, there is no other way to display these appointments, since they will always be stored as group appointments. To preview them, you can go to the Appointment section and then expand the particular appointment, under which you will find all appointments separately. You would need to click on the pencil icon and from there you can edit the appointments.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan, Wanted to revisit this in Appointments. Right now I have 6 people capacity available in one given slot.
Customer A books for 3 people including themselves.
Customer B (totally different name, email etc - not related in any way to Customer A) books for just themselves.
So that is 4/6 slots. And they now appear within one group in that time/date slot.
However, Customer B (one person) wants to reschedule their appointment to another date and time. How do I go about this without affecting Customer A's booking which will need to remain unchanged?
Thanks
Hi Anthony,
Since all of them booked the same timeslot, you will find all the customers names registered under one appointment. So, when you go to the Appointment section and you open a particular appointment
All customers will be visible here
You can manage the appointment status, and you also add / remove customers here
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Yes I am aware of all of these settings. But let's say that in your example, I want to move only 'test test' to another day and time (and leave the other one as is - 27th 2:30am). How do I do this?
Unfortunatelly, you would need to remove it from this appointment and then book another appointment manually. The same procedure when you are creating a new appointment, you would just need to select this particular customer.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
