Hi.
How can I ensure that an e-mail notification is sent to a third e-mail address in addition to the customer and the employee? I want to have a self-created notification sent by e-mail to an accounting software directly after the completion of an event booking.
Thanks, Matthias
Hello Matthias,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can add additional emails in the Notifications settings. There is a field named "Send all notifications to additional addresses". You can add additional emails here and all notifications will be sent to these emails as well.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello, Stefan.
Thank you very much for the quick reply.
But is it also possible to send a custom notification to only one specific e-mail address and no other notifications to this specific address?
MatthiasHi Matthias,
You are welcome. Unfortunatelly, currently, there is no option to configure this as per the email address. Currently, you can configure it per service, and the email notification will only be sent to the customer who booked the appointment and to an employee who is assigned to that service. This is configured by default.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
