The issue you are encountering stems from having only one employee available for the bookings. When a customer books a specific service for a particular time slot, that employee becomes occupied, and the other services become unavailable for that same time. Since the system recognizes the employee as already booked for that time slot, it doesn't allow any additional services to be scheduled at the same time.

Even though the dealership wants to book different services (e.g., Service A for Car 1, Service B for Car 2, and Service C for Car 3) to be delivered by the same employee at the same time, the system treats each service as a separate booking. As a result, once one service is booked, the remaining services for that time slot are blocked because the employee’s availability is already taken by the first booking. This limitation is what prevents multiple services from being scheduled simultaneously, even though they share the same deadline.
