I have my Amelia and Google calenday synced and working. However, I have appointments that can book up to 3 people at the same time. When I do test bookings through Amelia it will only post 1 of the 3 appointments. I need all 3 to show in google calendar.
Also, my employees are not receiving appointment notifications to the emails that are in their employee profiles. I am receiving emails to the emails in settings where it says "Send all notifications to additional addresses: " but my actual employees are not getting the emails,
For the first issue Im afraid that we do not understand what the issue is and how it looks. So please send us a couple of screenshots
If you are receiving notifications to additional that means Amelia notifications are working. Amelia uses same settings for all notifications so this points to some other issue not to notifications.
Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
I have three parties booked for 2 pm in the booking plugin on the website but on my calendar it only shows one for 2pm. I need ALL 3 to show on the calendar for 2 pm.
This is all one appointment with 3 separate customers. So all is fine since this is a group appointment but is it all 1 appointment. You can edit data that will be sent to calendar.
User or appointment details can be displayed in Google Calendar. You just need to put placeholders in the Event Description field that you can find in settings/integrations/Google Calendar
There you can choose which detail will appear in your Google Calendar.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Thanks! I understand it's 1 appointment with 3 seperate customers but I need 3 appointments with 3 seperate customers at the same time. I need 3 events to show on my Google calendar for the same date and time but with the information for 3 different customers.
This is not possible. In that case you would be booked on 3 separate appointments and this would be a double booking and Amelia is designed to prevent this.

Not sure if you can achieve this since you need to create 3 employees that can work that 1 or on 3 services and in that way you can accept 3 bookings at the same time.
However, each employee can only be connected to a separate personal calendar. There is a possible workaround but we can not can not guarantee that this will work since Amelia is not designed to work in that way.
If you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to the [email protected] address.

So how can I achieve this? I have 3 party rooms available to rent at 12pm, 2pm & 4pm. I need each booking to show on my google calendar.
