I have set up 3 services for Evelin 1)90 minute therapy on Zoom; 2) 90 minute therapy in her practice; & 3 ) 10 minute phone chat request. Eveline only has access to her therapy room on Tuesday and Wednesday, however she can do Zoom sessions on other days from home. Is it possible to restrict appointment bookings in her practice to just Tuesday and Wednesday and make available Zoom bookings and 10 minute phone calls on the other days?
Do I go to Employee settings and connect the days available in practice sessions (Tuesday & Wednesday)to the in practice service? and untick the zoom and short phone chat times? and the same process for the Zoom available days?
You can assign specific services for each day of the week in Work hour section of an employee. You can assign a service, and location and configure the work hours there. To enable Zoom or Google Meet, you can do this in each service separately. This would generate a link in the notifications template. So, here you can configure all of these, as per your liking

Well, you've actually created a new employee, but as far as I understand, you want to configure just one employee. Please, provide the WP admin credentials so I can log in to take a look.

As explained previously, you need to assign services for each day of the week. Please, take a look at my previous screenshot. When you go to the Work Hours, you will see option to assign service for each day of the week. You are not assigning them by untick and tick them in "assigned services", but with the plus icon in work hours section.

The link is already leading to the booking form where a customer can see a calendar with the available days and timeslot. It looks like this
Since you only have one employee and one service assigned, Amelia won't show the service selection option and therefore it will immediately show the timeslots as a first step.
Your shortcode has a "tag" for a particular service, that's why it only shows one service pre-selected. Please, try this shortcode instead - [ameliastepbooking]

In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.
You are asking too much. I have set up the three services, I have set up the one service provider Eveline Peach, and now nothing is visible on the web page?
As i mentioned previously, you didn't check "Show service on site". Even if you have this option disabled for one service, the booking form won't work. It shows the booking form now, as per the screenshot
Can you tell me whether the inclusion of the Invoicing in Amelia 7.9 allows the format of the Invoice to be changed to include: 1)the date of the service provided; 2) the Invoicing Numbering to be as we require; 3) The Tax Detailed information to be provided; 4) the Bank details for Bank Transfer. When you have several questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
I want to block specific days to restrict appointments, How do I do this?
Also if I need to block two or more time slots in a specific day how is this done?

You are looking at the other employee. I've opened this one with the ID2, as you can see, here are the assigned services
Services that are assigned to Zoom are the ones that have the Zoom option enabled.
You would need to connect the Zoom integration later.
With of all this you can open employee work hours and configure it as per my previous screenshot.
