I am currently setting up a customer panel where it is car dealerships that book detailing for their cars.
They choose a detailing service, and then they also fill out a ID number for the car.
Currently, in the customer panel and overview, it is only possible to see the service, and it takes two clicks to show the ID number which is creating as a custom field. Is there any way to show this field automatically and alternatively hide other information that isnt needed such as the employee and location? Perhaps with CSS?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. This is not possible to achieve at this time.
In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Appreciate the quick reply - would you say this isn't possible to do even with codes? It isnt my forté but I would give it a shot if I knew it's possible.
We can not say if this is a possible to achieve with some custom coding or not. Our dev do not accept personal customization requests so they can not develop this event if it is possible.
