I need to have a booking system (For a club/pub) in which my customers can book slots from 9PM to 4AM, and i want to have multiple bookings in a day.
Single bookings - 50 people Per day
Couple - 100 People Per day
Table - 4 people per table and 10 Types of tables
While booking i want them to be able to select only 1 slot (21:00-4:00), and if possible then dont show slots at all.
Hi Sayed,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, allow me to explain how Amelia works. You have to configure services and employees in order to offer the possibility for customers to book. Timeslots offered on the front end depend on the employee's works hours and service duration. In your case, you would need to configure the employee work hours from 9PM to 4AM, but this is a bit tricky. Amelia only allows configuration up until 00:00 for a single day. But, if you continue from the 00:00 to next day, you can configure the work hours to 4AM. It should look like this -
Each service can have minimum and maximum capacity configured separately, and each customer can select only one timeslot per booking, by default.
You can find more information on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
