Both emails, the one for the teammember and the one for the customer gets sent to me/the teammember for the service.
BUT. I have an uncanny automation and I am sending the customer information via a webhook to an automation recipe. From there he gets sent 2 other emails and they're sent normally.
When I have a look in the appointments overview, every appointment made with different email adresses all get saved with the email adress of the teammember...
Now I had the case where Amelia randomly picked the email of an old customer to overwrite the entered email adress...
What's going on there?
Until about a week ago, everything worked fine, but I can't replicate, what changed. So I think I tried everything, changed language templates, change activation of notifications, user roles etc etc.
Then I thought I had it sorted out, because it worked again for some days, but now I'm back to zero...What am I not seeing here?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
