i need your help today because my manager can't see others employee events and so can't manage it. This appears after open the employee pannel and link my employee to their wordpress account. One of my employee which is also manager and who creat event for both employees can now just see the event which is her the employee in charge.
I hope my english was good enought to be understandable.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, a WP user can't have multiple user roles assigned at the same time. This is creating a conflict and you wont be able to make or save the changes, as you would have with just one user. You need to make sure that WP user only has one user role assigned (either admin or employee or customer).
Make sure that this properly configured and you will have the options to preview the appointments and other changes based on the user permissions.
