If you set WordPress to Polish then you must not add Polish to Amelia. This will save Polish as second language in Amelia. So please check for that and make sure that you purge the cache.
Also you need to check the language on your page in your console. Amelia follow page locale language that is set on a page so make sure that is set to correct language.
