I would like to create appointments from the Appointment Admin View for some of my customers (who have already made reservations in the past).
Pb : Unfortunately, I don't have the same schedule as the one proposed to my customers on the public Front End for the same Service and the same Employee.
The schedule displaid on the front end meet the settings of the Service+Employee configuration I have set.
The schedule proposed in the admin view is quite different since it does not propose the same slots.
For instance, I can't book the slot "october the 8th at 18pm" which is proposed in the front end.
Conversely, in the admin view I can book the same date at 10am and 15pm as it is not possible with the front end.
I have joined a screenshot with both views (admin + front end) with the slots proposed for the same date, the same service and the same employee.
Configuration :
The settings of the "cours" service is "Approved by default", and I have enabled the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity".
There is only one employee.
The minimal capacity of the service is 1 and the max is 4.
The slot to which I would like to add an appointment as already an approved appointment with two people (thus it is below the max capacity).
I went through that ticket and there are no admin credentials that I can see.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.
Since you do not have a booking for 8th October anymore we can not examine this and we do not see any issues. If you still have some issue please show us and explain to us exactly what the issue is in a short one minute video.
If everything is working there is not much to check in that case. We are glad to hear that and should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
