As well as offering several paid services, we also have a couple of services we would like to appear in the services dropdown, which should have a POA (Price on application) against them. These should then offer a link to the contact page where visitors can enquire about the service. I can't see a way to do this using the plugin directly.
Alternatively, if we could add some html beneath the services dropdown box, which offer these POA services, that would be ok too.
Is there a way to do either of these things without customising the plugin code itself?
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't have the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization:

Hello Martin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
