I have just updated to version 7.8... I added some events and noticed the employee calendars were not syncing... so I went to edit employees and could not find fields to sign in to either google or outlook... where are they? or how now do we sign in? (the integration settings to outlook via Azure is already done). Hope you can help quickly - see below pic of what the employee edit page shows:
To resolve this issue, you could access the database, find the wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table, and delete all the rows. After doing that, check the employees and see if the Sign-in button is present.
Here is a more detailed instruction with screenshots, how the table should look, this example is from our PhPMyAdmin :
This is a very rare glitch that happened only a couple of times before. Our developers are working on permanently fixing it.
Basically, what we do when an employee was connected, then loses the button for Calendar on their profile;
In the WordPress database, there is one of the Amelia tables,
if you are familiar with any database manager tool such as PhPMyAdmin, you can find it, ( or you can use an easy plugin called WP phpMyAdmin) , and delete all the rows from this table : wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar
( the wp_prefix is default Wordpress prefix, your tables probably have a different prefix, but you can easily recognize it, all tables have the same one)
And then on the right side, if you see any rows here - this is for employees that were previously connected;
simply delete the rows of the table, save the change;
And the issue should completely go away.
-
Now, once you delete this, you will have to reconnect all employees who have previously lost their connection- but once you do it, the issue should not come back.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you. They are working it but is quite difficult to resolve only on our side but our dev will do there best to resolve this if this is possible to achieve only on our end. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You first need to create that employee first and save it so that these fields can appear so that this employee ca be connected to a calendar.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
