We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Please this is an Urgent Issue****
There seems to be a problem with the time slots on the booking calendar.
My working hours are set from 4:30 am to 10:30pm everyday from Monday to Sunday. These working hours are set for every employee as well. My expectation was that on the front end, clients will see time slots from 4:30 am and so on but instead the time slots are in reverse as seen in the attachment below and make no sense at all. Please how can this issue be resolved?
Do I need to looking for a temporary solution while you address this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Most likely in your backend option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" is enabled (Amelia - Settings - Role Settings - Admin), since you have this option enabled, you can book at any time (working hours, special days, and days off for all employees will be ignored).
For everyone else, besides admin, it looks the way you set it up.
