Hello, I have a problem creating new appointments in my Google Calendar account.
I have integrated my Google Calendar account into the plugin, I have done all the API steps etc.
When booking an appointment, clients can correctly see the appointments that I have already taken, but when they book an appointment, no appointment is created in my Google Calendar.
In Google Cloud, an event is generated correctly, but it does not take that step of creating a new appointment in Google Calendar.
Redirects I have also placed the URLs that I am going to use apart from the one that appears in the tutorial.
I have tried every possible way but I don't know what I am doing incorrectly.
All the best.
If an Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
Make sure that the Google Calendar is integrated properly and you also need to assign the Google Calendar to an employee. Only then the integration would work and each time there is a booking for that specific employee, the appointment will be marked as busy on the Google Calendar.
Make sure to follow the instructions from this link and test again.
Of course, if it still doesn't work, then I would need to ask for the WP admin credentials in order to log in to take a better look.
The problem is not that the says do not appear busy, the problem is that the tdays that appear as free, and a reservation is made on them, that appointment does not appear on Google calendar. The calendar data and synchronization are correct, but that appointment does not appear in Google Calendar
In that case, please provide the WP admin credentials.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials. I was able to log in to take a better look. I've connected my Google Calendar with the test employee. I've also booked a test appointment for this employee. As per the screenshot, the appointment is visible on my Google Calendar. Here is the appointment in the Appointment section -
Hello, thank you very much.I understand that the problem is in my calendar account, right? Can you recommend a checklist to see what I might be doing wrong?
