I am setting up a booking form for a Spa Pod service for a client. The booking is 1.5 hrs for either 2, 3, 4 or 5 people (with some addons). Plus a half day option.
1. AVAILABLE HOURS
I have nominated the Spa Pod as the employee and set the hours.
At present, there are only 2 sessions (11am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 3.30pm). Attached is a snapshot of how I have set this up with the hours setting and a break in between. Please confirm if this is correct.
2. DELAY BOOKING DATE
The issue I have is that I don't want anyone to book BEFORE 23 October but the calendar seems to be set up to be available from now. I can't find anywhere to set a starting date.
3. CALENDAR NOT WORKING CORRECTLY
In Google Chrome, the calendar displays but won't give any options. (see snapshot)
However, when I checked in Safari browser, it is working fine. (see snapshot)
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

In regards to the Google Calendar issue, you will need to set the integration first as described in the following article.
The issue with your working hours set up is that the duration of the service is longer than the duration of working hours, and thus, no time is available.
For the first question, the issue must be that the duration of the service + buffer times is longer than the work hours length and thus, there are no available time slots on the front-end.
To configure the start date, you need to set days off on the Amelia/Employees/Days off form today until the day you want to be bookable (excluding the date you want to be bookable).

Do you have a fix for this?
Thank you, Karen

Hello Karen,
Thank you for the update on this.
