We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

If you're planning to proceed with this on your own, it would likely require modifications to the way employee availability and service bookings are handled in the plugin’s code. You’d need to adjust how the system manages multiple service bookings for the same time slot with a single employee.

Would you be tackling this customization yourself, or will you be working with a developer to implement these changes?

These pages are written in Vue 2 and compiled into JavaScript, so modifying them would be quite difficult. However, you can try. The file you're referring to is public/js/chunks/amelia-booking-appointments.CURRENT_VERSION_HASH.js.
